Marian Rivera will soon be back in comedy via a new weekly sitcom on GMA-7 titled Tweets For My Sweet.
She will star opposite veteran comedian Roderick Paulate in the new sitcom. Elmo Magalona is also in the upcoming show as well as Barbie Forteza, Sheena Halili, Mikey Bustos, Nova Villa and Pablo Logro.
Uro Q. dela Cruz and Direk Cosme will direct the new project. Uro also directed Marian’s previous sitcom,Show Me Da Manny, which ended in July 2011 due to the main stars’ busy schedules. It will be Marian and Manny’s second comedy tandem after the top-rating show “Show Me Da Manny.”
